Syracuse Herald-Journal (NY) - November 5, 1993 Deceased Name: MILTON RAINES Milton Raines, 79, died Thursday at his home in Deerfield Beach, Fla. A native of New York City, Mr. Raines resided most of his life in Silver Spring, Md., before moving to Deerfield Beach. He retired from the U.S. Department of the Navy. Mr. Raines was an Army veteran of World War II. Surviving are a daughter, Leslie Gelman of Falls Church, Va.; a son, Jeremey of Rockville, Md.; two brothers, Robert B. of East Syracuse and Norman of Deerfield Beach; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be Saturday at Mennorah Chapel, Deerfield Beach. Burial will be in Star of David Cemetery, Fort Lauderdale. Contributions may be made to the Rabbi's Discretionary Fund of Temple Concord, Syracuse. Syracuse Herald-Journal (NY) |
